Account information
We store your name, verified email, language preference, saved apps and account activity to provide your account. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes. Verification links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once.
Sessions and security
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. We store session timestamps, browser information and security events. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request paths. You can review and revoke sessions in your account.
Support and purchases
Requests submitted while signed in are linked to your account. Your panel shows customer-visible replies, never internal team notes. Anonymous requests remain separate. An administrator must verify ownership before linking a commercial customer record. Sales and downloads are not open.
Email delivery
Resend processes your recipient address and transactional email content to deliver verification and password recovery messages. Delivery metadata is recorded for troubleshooting. Support confirmation emails and marketing campaigns are not enabled.
Your controls
Update your profile and email, export your account data, or delete your account from Security & privacy. Deletion removes credentials and linked support content; separate commercial records, security records and older backups may remain where needed for legal and operational requirements. Contact us for privacy requests or questions about retention.
Website guide and tracking
The guide answers in your browser; chat text is not sent to an AI provider. We do not run advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. Fonts and artwork are hosted with the website.
